UIA business solutions are ****mers!

IUA business solutions are the biggest ****mers! Their end game is definitely Not to pay out any claims. My uncle took out a policy with them im 2019, died 2021 and we have since been trying to get them to pay out a claim. It's 2024 and they are still giving us the run around. You send all the documents theily ask for and then nothing, absolutely nothing from their side. If you don't call, they don't. If tou are not persistent, they will keep closing your claim and you won't know if you don't check their self-service or call. Now imagine someone that stays in the deep rural areas or someone that doesn't have the resources to keep calling, emailing and sending countles documents! They just give up because there's no help from UIA. Their call center agents are either completely useless, *********** or are train to exhaust claimants in to giving up trying to claim. UIA business solutions as a business is despicable, ****ming people at their most vulnerable. You should be ashamed of your conduct!
