Timing Chain and Oil Pump Warranty Claim

I submitted a claim for a mechanical breakdown for a timing chain and oil pump failure in my BMW 320i 2012 F30. I took this Bidvest Econ Warranty because it covered the millage of my Vehicle (below 250 000 km). The mechanic submiited a quote and the mistake he made was to mention that this is a result of wear and tear. IUA is repudiating the claim that this is due to normal wear and tear. These parts are internal engine parts and are not serviceable. If they break for whatever reason, not due to negligence what else could it be if it is not normal wear and tear for the kind of millage I have covered? My premium is R599 per month and I have been paying for the past 2 years for absolutely nothing. Moover on their rejection letter they state the reason for repudiation as failure of irrelevant components such as timing belt whilst my car is using a timing chain that is an internal engine component. I feel like I have been ****med I could have easily bought a unit trust for R599 and I would have had some money to pay for the repars. These are registered ********!!
