Terrible service provider by IUA Business solutions

I am having a terrible experience with the claim I made for suspension bushes. I had a extended warranty with IUA Business solutions. I informed them about the problem, they checked my policy, all verified and given me the go ahead to take the car for repairs. Registered a claim, this was in October, but even today, 7 December, the claim has not been processed. I would not recommend this IUA at all, terrible service provider. Escalated my challenge to the complaints department, but still no claim processed, frustrated and disappointed about IUA. Benni.
