Tedious process and pathetic service

Would give them a zero if there was that option. I cannot believe bidvest would outsource their business to this company. Pathetic service and that is meant to be their core business. Firstly it took 2 days to send a claim form then after 5 days I had still no feedback and only on phoning them did they say It's still in the queue and only once they look at it it takes 3 to 5 days. 10 days to get feedback !!! Then they were not satisfied with my pictures and I sent at least 20 pictures. Their process is to tedious and their service sucks. DO NOT USE THEM
