Taking policies out on your name without your knowledge!!!!

It seems that this company automatically takes out policies in your name. Both myself and my mother have Edgars accounts. In October they automatically added a whole bunch of policies to our names, I did not realize it immediatley as I still had an outstanding amount on my Edgars account which I just paid every month. This month after my account was paid off I saw anothr R860 worth of charges on my account, This was the policies this company fradulently added to my name. They have now cancelled all the policies but my mother has been waiting for 2 months for her refund. I contacted the complaints department today. Will see how long they take to return the funds they have ******. Edgars also added the Edgars club at the same time so there is a good chance this was done by an Edgars staff member.
