Who runs this business?? Seriously? We have been struggling for any form of communication from you. To be told we have been given a courtesy car (which has since had to be returned and we are without any transport) out of good faith is SUCH an insult when it is something stipulated in our policy which we pay DILIGENTLY & TIMEOUSLY every month. A courtesy car we had to prompt YOU for. Aren’t you meant to be administrating the policy? Whenever WE call to find out something because our emails haven’t been responded to, we get told something has (miraculously) just come through - - how dumb do you think we are? Today, your administrator had the nerve to pretend she suddenly couldn’t hear us on the phone when we started pressing her for definitive answers. Is this serious your professional protocol? She did not even care to call us back. Whether our claim is being thrown out or not, we deserve better service than this. I saw all the other very similar reviews and I am amazed that you still dare call yourselves a business with solutions. Terrible. Pathetic. And all those words.
