I am disgusted with Bidvest/IUA scratch & dent cover. I submitted a minor scratch claim for my front bumper & I'm being told that I also damaged my fender. My fender is not damaged, whatsoever & no assessor has come on site to assess the claim, but I'm being told I have damaged my bumper. Why would I even submit a claim for a minor bumper scratch if I also damaged the fender? They are trying to come up with excuses for my claim not to be paid out.
