Shortfall insurance contract not honoured

I had a Shortfall and a Deposit Protector policy. My car got ****** and at the time of theft the settlement amount was R141 950.79, and my insurance paid R132 500.00 towards the settlement. There was a shortfall amount of R9450.89.<br> <br> Instead of honouring both my policies the company decided to take the payout from the deposit protector policy and payoff the shortfall and the difference to be paid to my account.<br> <br> I have sent an email on the 01/02/2016 requesting a recalculation of my claims and i was never contacted, i even called several times requesting to speak to the assessor handling my account but have been sent from pillar to post.<br> <br> Can someone from the organization urgently contact me.
