SHORTFALL CLAIM

on the 15 September 2015 I claimed for a shortfall to IUA BUSINESS SOLUTION and they did not get back to me,I phoned them on the 29 September 2015 I spoke to Nompumelelo and I was told they will get back to me which again they did not, I phoned again on the 01 October 2015 they told me they were still busy with the calculation and they will get back to me when they are done which again they did not. I phoned again on the 15 October 2015 spoke to Nompumelelo and she told me they will send an sms once they done with the calculations.they sent an sms which said they will not cover my claim I phone again and asked why they won't cover which i did not understand explanation Nompumelelo emailed me claim calculations which i did not understand.I phoned again on the 16 September 2015 I spoke to Saaiza she also tried explained and could not answer my questions,she told me she will alert the finance to contact me as she could not give me the direct number to finance and still they did not contact me. PLEASE HELLO PETER HELP and i did not miss an instalment.
