Short fall claim

<p>Policy number: B ********** 8511</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not happy at all for the service i received after my car was a Total Loss, I was using IUA Business solutions appoint by BIDVEST INSURANCE. my car insurance paid the money and only R4144 was supposed to be paid by my shortfall and when i claim they don't wanna pay, they told me they pay if its more than 6000 and i asked myself what if it was R20000 were they gonna pay for it if they don't wanna pay R4144. worst part is i was paying the premium they whole 12months and now this means i was just wasting my money. if that service i have cancel anything under Bidvest company.they are just ******. </p>
