Samsung Care+ no good

I am trying to get Samsung Care on a new tablet, but there is a discrepancy in the info on the website. I sent an email query to both the IUA and the Samsung Care email addresses, but no response. These people obviously don't want to do business. Imagine what it will be like if you try to do a claim with them!
