Retrenchment policy

I took retrenchment policy with IUA in 2017 and last year I was retrenched. All of the sudden I receive email and they said my policy is depleted they can't pay for my loan anymore. The policy cover for 12 months. They expect me to pay back the loan🙄 and still I'm still unemployed. We're should i get the money to pay it back? This people are really ******** us
