Retrenchment claim rejection based on unfair reasons

I am very disappointed with the decision taken by IUA to reject my retrenchment benefit claim, after been sent from pillar to post to submit documents so that my claim could be processed they rejected it on a basis of a 6 month waiting period by I launched my claim after having paid them for more them 6 months
