RETRENCHMENT CLAIM

extremwly poor service recieved for credit life claims department, I logged a retrenchment claim and they promised to attend to the request within 4 days after the reciept of the requested documents, till now there is no correspondence from the company. My father was retrenched 2019/10/25 he realised that he was not registered for UIF on the day of retrenchment we have taken the company he worked for to legal court however we still dont get any assistance,My father is not recieving any income as we speak to pay his car, He has been paying the IUA policy for retrenchment for the past five years and been loyal customer to them but they are not willing to assist at this time of distress. The company my father worked for only provided us with the letter stating he has been retrenched,we are unable to get other documents and they are refusing to give them to us because we have taken the company to court.This is said, the outsanding balance on the vehicle is less than R7000.00 and he paid even more that that for this policy however he is not getting any assistance as ABSA WILL BE REPOSSESSING THE CAR. I dont recommend IUA business solution to any one, they are heartless.
