Rejected Claim

I had a Life Insurance Policy with BetterLife, which is administered by IUA. I did a retrenchment claim in November, and was told that I can only claim after three months of being retrenched. I couldn't pay for the policy after being retrenched, due to a delay in UIF payments which led to Betterlife rejecting my claim and cancelling my policy. I am really disappointed that they have such strict and unfair underlying rules. God forbid it was a death claim! I will never do business with Betterlife or IUA again!
