My claim was rejected because the amount exceeded the maximum amount that can be claimed. There was more than one scratch on my vehicle but they did not even want to allow me to resubmit the claim with only some of the damages noted. Now I have to get the work done via my normal insurance. I told the consultant that the policy is a **** and also advised the auto dealer never to recommend the company ever again.
