Policy Cancellation

I took out a bodyguard + tyreguard insurance for my car. I then sold the car after 5 months. When I wanted to cancel the policy, I was told that there won't be any refund because I have claimed which I did not do. The only thing that I did was to call and ask the procedure because I wanted to claim and that was it. They never paid anything but they still claimed that I claimed. They took my hard earned cash for nothing. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
