Pending payment

Useless company ever, I lost my job 5 months back, I had a policy with better life, retrenchment policy,

I was told to send all the documents to IUA, all the documents were sent to to them, now they are taking forever to respond to me, every time when I call them they said 4 to 5 working day, is been a month now, saying same thing.

They don't even update me, on how's things going or how far with the process

Please help me
