Pathetic service and ********* business practices.

Absolutely pathetic service and ********* business practices. I was retrenched in September 2019. I put in a loss of income claim and I received a sms last week saying my claim was unsuccessfull, because I did not work at the company for at least 6 months, I just missed the 6 month window with a few days. They sent me NO policy documents stressing this and I had this policy since the beginning of 2018. I decided to take it out because we living in uncertain times. I was told during the sales pitch that as long as you have paid at least 3 premiums in any unfortunate event that I lose my job unless I resign willingly, claiming will not be an issue. If you decide to better assist me by paying me what you promised you will in my time of need I can turn this review into a positive one. For now I will definately take this company to the ombudsman, because the insurance product they are selling is misleading and their business practices are *********. One of those companies out there just to make a buck and ******* innocent hardworking people.
