Pathethic

Pathetic service. Submitted a tyre claim they advised that the tyre is worn out but struck a pothole and that they only cover when you run over a nail etc. When submitting another claim for a nail and even thou I repaired the tyre it is still faulty and need to pump it up all the time wont they tell me yes the tyre can still be repaired why im I submitting the claim. Very pathetic service for me it seems they are just looking for excuses not to payout claims and using every opportunity to do so.
