Not willing to pay Insurance Claim
After confirming telephonically with one of the consultants that my documents are in order to submit my claim, I have e-mailed the documents. I now receive an e mail stating that documents are required although I have sent all documents Confirmed by their consultant/emoloyee . My vehicle payment is due and they are delaying the claim payment!
