No response or update on claim

I submitted all of the appropriate documentation for my late uncle two weeks ago and have received no answer or communication since. I only received an acknowledgment that the case had been assigned to Sjarin Strydom, but he has yet to communicate. Avoid this firm and all of its affiliates.
