No response or assistance with phone repair claim
I sent an email to log a claim to repair my Samsung S21 Ultra screen and submitted my phone at the repair centre. No response received from IUA and the repair centre is unable to log the claim. I called the call centre and spoke to 4 different agents who did not assist but sent me from one to the other. I need my claim approved so my phone can be repaired.
