NO PAY OUT FROM IUF BUSSINESS SOLUTION

My name is Stella Digoro, i opened my funeral policy with Ackermans clothing store, the funeral Insurance is owned by a company named IUF Funeral cover My partner was shot dead on the 9th of December and was buried on the 14th of December .Sent all the documents each and every document they wanted or needed until today their telling me that they need to confirm with the investigator ,funny enough the affidavit ,case number etc is there but what amazes me others paid out without no hustle .Their service is poor just imagine if my partner was not buried as yet .I have funeral bills to pay and i am stucked with the sudden death of my partner and such funeral policies that are quick to debit monthly and yet dont deliver as quick as debiting cash from our bank accounts .
