NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE

<p>My daughter wrote her car off the beginning of July. Our insurance settled most of the claim within a few weeks and said we had to pay a shortfall. When we queried the shortfall with IUA Business Solutions, they said there was no shortfall payable. We then tried to close the account with the bank and they came back and said there was a shortfall of R3703.71. We sent the bank letter to IUA Business Solutions on the 01 August for them to settle this amount and they ignored our correspondence. We sent a follow up email on the 04 August and again on the 08 August and to date they have still not responded. When their sales people phone to sell this insurance to you, they tell you that they will cover all shortfall payments. Clearly this is not the case and clearly they cannot be bothered to respond to any queries. I definitely will never take out top-up insurance through them again and would never recommend using them!!!</p>
