NO FEED BACK

I have a policy with biggest underwritten by iua didn't know this until I claimed. My car was written off in January and I did let them know and the said that they needed an agreement of loss and I gave them and they said that it will take 7_14 days to pay out. I was the One calling then always and they said that I was under insured. I went back to the insurer and they saw their mistake and fixed it. I then mailed them back agsin the AOL. All the time I m now phoning and they say it's with the assessor. Up until today they haven't called me. This is exactly what they did to my sister. When it's time to pay out they have a problem. Biggest and iua are not coming to the party now when it cones to paying out.
