Nightmare of a process to submit claim

I have submitted a claim on the 12/11/2020, there has been a continuous battle to get the claim approved , pictures , claim form and photos were loaded on to their side. They claimed some pictures were missing this was resent again and again. the website does not even state if a document was not loaded correctly so I emailed claim form, quote and pictures again called the call center a few weeks back agent mentioned date of claim was missing as well as pic of rim on drivers side . This was emailed again. I have received an email now that the date of claim in incorrect. This was over 2 months ago, how am I supposed to remember the exact date of claim. It looks like this business tries to make the process difficult to not pay out! Its not worth it the agony!
