Never receive docs story
I've sent them the docs 3 times already... When I follow up, now daily, they say that they are still awaiting docs, when I send them the "missing" docs I get no reply.
Was never happy about this very sketchy no information insurance being added to my vehicle finance in the first place, come time to claim they "never received" the docs
