My Aunt not paid

My name is Ntombikayise Falakhe, my Aunt passed away recently and she was a member of the IUA through PEP. We claimed and were given a runaround until today. Thankfully my aunt has been buried but I will never forget the treatment by IUA, other big companies paid up and only IUA didn't

The thing is they said on the BI document my aunt's ID number nor date of birth was written there, fine my cousin wrote the ID number and sent the form again, they said they wanted a letter from the Hospital why the date of birth was not on the document. All other documents including Death Certificate was there but even today we never received any money nor any communication from them, we have to call everyday only to be given the same answer by different people. Even their form is ridiculous

I don't recommend any of my family or friends to use IUA.
