Mr Maluleke claim finalized after bad review

I wrote a review on how disappointed I was with IUA with regards to my dad's funeral claim on the 30th of May and in less than an hour I received a call from IUA telling me they will investigate the matter. To my surprise suddenly they were communicating on the progress of my complaint ( something they could not do for 5 months). The claim was finalized and my dad received the payment after a week ( something which they could not do in 5 months, clearly someone didn't want to do their job or they were taking advantage of an old man). So my overall review is that I would still not recommend IUA, because it means that those who are not able to use platforms such as these will be ****** off what is due to them. We are thankful they did pay my dad, but we were not supposed to have went through all the stress and ups and downs.
