Loan repayment

<p>I took a loan with Wesbank which was insured by IUA. I lost my job last year ( May 2015) and notified Wesbank about my curent status which reffered me to IUA so that i can a lodge claim. IUA requested retrenchment letter and UIF from Department of Labour which i did submit however they did not revert back to me, whenever i phone they send me from pillar to post. In the mean time Wesbank is busy debiting my account on monthly basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
