Keeping half of the money when you cancel
I bought a car in Aug 2015 they added a few policies into my contract without really explaining them properly.
Then after a month i saw the policies i have was not applicable to my car. Then they said they will change them.
I also asked how the bodyguard policy works and how do i submit a claim

After a few weeks i phoned again to now submit the claim and to found out where to send the quotes. I was told the policy was canceled.

I then decided to cancel all policies. When it came to refund they keep all the commission fees and inspection fees. And deduct money for the days you had the policy. The policies that was wrong was because i suppose no real inspection was done as they didn't know the size of tyres (TyreGuard) or the fact that it was still under factory warranty . So how do they charge commission and inspection fees in full even if you cancel because of that fact that they didn't do inspection on your car to sell you the correct policy in the first place. I also never signed for the replacement policies

Worst of all they didn't refund any thing on the bodyguard because i asked how to claim and they see that as a claim. The lady i spoke to said its in the policy wording
