<p>My husband took up a policy for mechanical failures with bidvest which is being managed by IUA business solutions. A week ago the car broke down when we claimed with the insurance they took the car to a vw branch n had it accessed n was told that the clutch needs to be replaced we then submitted claim to iua which declined the claim saying that our car is older than 2 years and kilometers are more than 60 000km which when we bought the car the car was over 60 000 already and over 2years which is all the info we gave to them when we signed up for the cover. Why did they not tell u about this when we signed up? We have been paying for more than 3 years for something they know they will never pay us. It's fine if they don't want to fix our car but I want all my money that I have been paying.</p>
