IUA you are a huge disgrace

I am happy these people gave me a headache over a 1 tyre claim. I decided to cancel this because there's no price for peace of mind. Had a tyre burst in Pretoria and I need to go to Bloemfontein. I was taken up and down held on the line for more than 20 min, called consultants about 6 times (proof is on their recordings)

At the end I decided to pay out of my pocket for my new tyre and cancel this policy. I have seen the headache of dealing with people that gladly deduct money from accounts but reluctant to help in times of need. They don't even deserve a star.
