IUA *****s from it's clients

If ever there is an insurance broker/company you need to avoid IUA Business Solutions is it. I am completely disgusted in their service. They give you the run around and there is never a senior person or direct contact of anyone you can speak to. How does a claim get paid into an incorrect account an account that is not even listed on your profile and then it becomes your fault as the claimant and you have to wait for them to sort their mess out. Also, how do you pay out a partial amount of the insured amount and just get told oops I made a mistake with the calculation. When asked to explain the calculation this also can't be done. Bridgette has changed her story so many times I don't know what to believe anymore. The worst service ever and still didn't get the payout or feedback. How you can treat a cancer patient with this much attitude and disrespect is beyond me. My dad is continuously worried if his affairs are taken care of whereas he should be spending what time he has left worry free.
