IUA not delivering on my tyre policy

I took out tyre insurance and when I logged a tyre claim, I submitted all paperwork with photos. I was then advised by IUA (Bidvest) that I must talk to the construction company who is busy with road upgrades. Whilst they are working on the road, it was not directly their hazard that caused my damages but rather just gravel on the road. Secondly, it should be IUA (Bidvest) that must talk to them after IUA (Bidvest) have honored the policy and repaired my two tyres as it is an all road hazard policy. Policy number B ********** 101.

This is unacceptable.
