IUA NONE PAYMENT CLAIMS

August 2013, took an insurance to guard against me should I be retrenched, the clause stipulates that you must have been working for more than 6 months to qualify for a claim, based on my calculations 6months period from August 2013-February 2014), thus qualifies me put in a claim. on 2nd Feb 2015 begin new employment (under probation), till July 2015 where I got a permeant letter, September 2015 I was retrenched due to company downsizing, IUA now uses my latest state NO TO PAY OUT, due to the fact I was never employed for six consecutive months, ( this clause only applies to the initial stages of the contract), it important to note that no default state was made on the insurance.
