IUA lifeclaims

I have a policy with IUA which I took out when I bought a new car though Wesbank and Suzuki mobility finance. In Oct 20h00 I underwent open heart surgery which left me with financial troubles as my employer did not pay my full wages as I was off for a long time. I tried to submit a claim numerous times and everytime instead of sorting out my claim or assissting me they ask for more documentation. The cardiologist filled out their claim form, I even sbmitted a detailed description from the surgeon from the beginning of my surgery which valve they replaced, what they used, the complications afterwards ect. What more do they need??? These insurances that we pay for religiously every month means nothing. They just take your money. As a person now with a disability I can attest that nobody is willing to assist you when you need it most
