IUA is money making ****. It's doesn't serve its customers
IUA is in cahoots with financial banks/creditors. They don't pay claims so that they make profit whilst clients suffer. Their response is the same to everyone, ' We acknowledge that we received your complaint'. They will never change! If you want things done, stay away from IUA
