IUA insurance Rip -off
I have insured my Bmw X4 for shortfall since September 2016 and I have never missed a single premium. Was doing it through wesbank.
My car got written off last month and I registered a shortfall claim with iua. Kingprice insurance paid R416 430 and I have a shortfall of R65 461. I expected iua business solutions to settle the shortfall as I joined the policy for that sole purpose and I have never missed a single monthly premium. To my surprise, they don’t want to pay out the shortfall without any valid reason and it took them a month to tell me they won’t pay.
