I have a loss of income policy on my Wesbank finance account, I was retrenched and filed a claim with IUA, I have been shunted pillar to post requesting every document you can think of and then they're so *********** that they can't find the documents I sent them, but miraculously find them when on the phone to me being ***ked out. I lodged complaints internally with IUA and they wipe their ass with the complaint. I posted here on Hellopeter and got a call from a Candace Razaak who promised me things would be resolved within 48hrs. That was Thursday. So they are not only *********** but also *****. They're also full of Covid-19 excuses for slow progress and not replying to emails or phoning a client. My credit record is being dragged through the mud as well as every month the debit order bounces I am charged R100 and it's been at least 3months so that's R300 that IUA have cost me, not pay the premium and see how fast they contact you though... Enough excuses, enough incompetence now. I will now escalate my complaint to the ombudsman for short term insurance.
