Very disappointed in wesbank finance for Trusting IUA/Holland insurance with my hard earned money. I have been trying to claim my retrenchment benefit for my vehicle for months. My claim number is WRUM035669 they keep telling me that Hollard has not come back to them to go ahead with my claim...I have paid without fail every month since Feb 2020 until to date but when calamity strikes and you try claim your package they have you running after them and phoning daily only for them to say the have sent an email and are waiting to hear back from Hollard insurance.
