IUA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (BIDVEST INSURANCE ) THEY ARE SHARKS

We had bought this tyre guard policy feb2016 when we bought a new vehicle from VW ,now we have a claim on the tyre and rim totalling about R5000.00, this IUA now has issues settiling the claim, first they say the tyre size does not match the policy size , but this is still the original tyres on the car and it has only 24000 kms, so i get them the schedule from vw to say what we signed on the policy says the vehicle tyres are insured from 18-20 inch Large tyres and i send this to them , O now they say that this is an old tyre policy ( which is still valid and they taking my money in my installments), so they say they have to clarify with the marketers that this tyres were on the vehicle at the time of purchase.I cannot belive this IUA Business solution part of BIDVEST INSURANCE COMPANY ,. looking for any excuse not to pay a claim , pathetic service , please dont buy these tyre and dent policies they *****ing our money.
