IUA business Solution wont pay for my claim

Charles Humphry the manager in charge does not want to finalize mu claim, I have a tire insurance with the above mentioned company, logged a claim in the 12 May 2021 to date I'm being sent from pillar to post. I have submitter all the documents that they need every time its something new that they need.

no I have been asked things that i was not advices on when I was Logging a claim.

i need this to be actioned as a matter of urgency.
