IUA Business Solution & Bidvest warranty claim

Good day Consumers,

I have experienced a crisis with a warranty plan that covers my vehicle, my vehicle has been in a workshop for 2 months in the name of someone that doesn't want to perform their duties or they just being ******** for some reason I don't know, I had submitted all documents requested by the insurer but 2 months now my vehicle hasn't been repaired a simple component that they cover in their plan, I had to fetch my vehicle from the dealer as it was there for repairs that they presume it'll only take approximately 6 hours to fix, whenever I call or send an email to IUA they tell me they've escalated the issue to management, I don't know if it's the management that's not doing their job or the business itself, we as consumers are just throwing our money for sweet nothing.
