It has been 4 MONTHS since I wanted to activate my retrenchment benefit and you *********** clowns still have not done ANYTHING! You are by far the worst company in South Africa and I hope everyone sees you for how useless you are.

Always passing the buck, blaming the client, not communicating, not replying to communication, you cannot escalate customers to senior management nor supervisors, clients must deal with *********** call center agents, the list is endless.

TO EVERYONE: AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !
