Iua has done it again .registered a claim with them for scratch and dent which got a quote to repair at R3000 they pay is R2500 and allows client to pay up to R1000 but now they changed they storys and looking for ways not to pay at all I referred more than 10 of my friends who are also having the same problem so guys before taking a scratch and dent policy with bidvest think twice its a waste of time and money
