Insurance ******* - IUA Bidvest
<p>When i bought a new vehicle, the IUA Insurance came with the credit agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I have a scratch on my vehicle, I put in a claim on the 14th April and since then they have been giving a run around. They have rejected all quotations that I have sent, claiming that it's not part of their group, despite the companies listed under their group of companies. Yes, they have a claim threashold of R2500, i had submitted quotes above that which they all rejected.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I sent them a quotation less R2500, they say that I must list all damages even those that are not part of the damage and of a seperate inceident. They rejected it and declined my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them to resubmit a quotation and I was told it has been rejected and I cannot claim for those damages anymore. They say i can only claim for damages in the future.</p> <p> </p> <p>What am i gonna do with a vehicle with damages if i have insurance? and i can only claim for future damages?</p>

No it doesn’t clarify anything.
Please give me proof that you sent me the policy prior to today.
2 different incidents. The 1 damage is in no way linked to the other.
The one would be fixed at my own cost and the other was to be claimed.
I didn’t even choose you. I would have never.
I sent you pictures and your staff didn’t get back to me. they claim they don’t receive my emails.
You rejected the claim not even calling me to tell me if I cannot get additional quotes

You are a FULL BLOWN **** hiding unber an Insurance Blanket. This agreement between you and Audi is just a money making scheme that you both benefit from.
