Inconsistency in Policy and Claim

I called the contact centre on Feb 5th and spoke to Melissa. Melissa advised that my insurance claim will be accepted if the 3rd Party(Tiger Wheel and Tyre) deems fit that the tyre in question is in need of replacement. This is regardless of any Visible damage done to the tyre aside from an irregular thread pattern due to pothole damage to the rim which caused a wobble on the wheel.

Given this information from iua I emailed TWT advising them of the outcome of the call and they in turn advised that I can bring the vehicle in for the tyre to be replaced.

When I went to get the tyre replaced today, TWT spoke to ****ha for confirmation. ****ha now says that the claim is not valid as there is no visible damage to the tyre.

It is unacceptable, that the client is provided the go ahead to process the claim and yet now the insuring party is not allowed to accept the claim. Please review the recording of 5th Feb for the policy and you will gather from the conversation that I was given the go ahead to submit the claim provided that TWT agreed that the tyre needed to be replaced. If you do not have the recording, please advise and I will send it to you.
