Ignoring Communication
I've been engaging with your complaints administrator Bonokuhle who has blatantly ignored my communication regarding a policy matter. When I emailed "Complaints" requesting a new administrator, I was ignored.
I honestly cant believe IUA can disgrace Bidvest with this type of service.
Worst part is that IUA and Bidvest are contacting me to purchase a mechanical warranty extension for around R10 000; with this type of service it honestly would be throwing my money away.
